RDF label tester

The new label tester is very much "work in progress" with a number of features still to add and existing ones to tidy up.

Already implemented:

The tool will visit the given URL and look for RDF content labels. If a label can be identified it will be shown. The traffic light system used on the current tester has been maintained.

Pics labels are also recognised but are not (yet) fully processed.

To do:

The tool assumes that the RDF file being searched was created by the ICRA label generator which is relatively simple. It is possible to write substantially more complex labels and application rules. Support for this will be added soon.

It is planned to add support for more general Semantic Web data.
